I know what you're talking about, I've been eating raw for about 1,5 years now and have therefore discovered a lot of nice recipes that make the whole thing a lot easier!
I often eat all kinnds of salad and a lot of bread with lots of different spreads. You can find so many recipes on the net!
This site helped me a lot in the beginning, it's really easy if you know how to start!
