wow! good site, that I know I've read from before, but nice to find it again. This is a hugely complex recipe, but does it sound delicious, for once-in-a-blue moon. Or maybe, a sort of party. I sometimes miss french fries, like the ones we used to get when I was a child, from some gypsies in a caravan--(I envied the girl her life, back then. :-) ) But this actually sounds better.
