the second guy you link to, at loving raw, really does not look healthy at all. He has the kind of skeletal look that so many raw vegan people get, I've seen it so often
One thing you might consider is just doing MOSTLY raw diet. 80% or so. The other 20% is cooked, like good quality free range organic meats, and some rice. No need to go all extreme.
Another thing you might consider is eating raw meat. I know it sounds disgusting, but let me tell you it is SUPER energizing! I've only done it for short periods but it was some of the most powerful medicine I've ever had
The best raw meat I found was high quality raw bison. This is because the bison has never been domesticated. You can'tstick it in a cage and feed it processed crap all day. It has to be in a pasture. The bison meat that I found was 100% grass fed. It was so smooth and delicious,
The way to eat raw meat is to get a meat grinder and put your meat through their. Goes down real easy. Anyway something to think about
