Wow 10 acres of land, I am extremely jealous! I wish I could live on a biodynamic farm and just work in the fields while being raw for a good two months. I feel like that would fully heal everything.

I've only been raw for about 5-6 weeks, so not even several months. But I am amazed at the changes my body has seen. Also about listening to your body, in the posts I linked they say to do the juicing and all raw for 3-4 months, then do liver flushes, parasite cleanses, anti-fungal herbs as your body tells you to.

I believe that fruit is TERRIBLE for candida/cancer if you are eating any cooked food. It's not the fruit that causes the candida problem, it's the terrain in your digestive tract caused by cooked meat and how that ferments the fruit that causes toxicity issues. Also did you dry the fruit yourself? If it was dried at over 104 degrees, then it's not raw either. Cooked food and raw food conflicts, so you can't get 80% raw or even 98% raw if you're going to eat any cooked meats.

BTW, I adopted your gazpacho recipe when you posted it a while back in the candida recipe thread. :)
