Hello. I am new to this Forum. I am a 21 year only woman 5'7 at 175 pounds. Today is day 1 of my 30 Day water fast. I am First doing a two day dry fast then a 28 day Water Fast. I am non necessarily doing it for weight loss but it would be nice to shed a few pounds. It all started in 2008, I was 125
pounds and considered (underweight) for my height 5'7. I ate regular meals but I was just a slim girl with a fast metabolism. I started eating junk food to gain weight in turn treating my body terribly and within 5 years gained 50
pounds and now I am considered Overweight. I need to do this to break my addiction to food, especially (Fast Food) so I can start to eat healthier foods and make better health choices. My Ideal weight would be 135 ponds so to lose about 40 pounds. I know the first 10
pounds of weight loss achieved from a
Water Fast is normally water weight. Again my main focus is NOT weight loss but breaking my Addiction to food. I would love for anyone who is interested to join me in my 30 day fast. You dont necessarily have to do 30 days with me, you can do whatever your body required. It's easier to fast when you have a support group with you. :-)
