I just got done trying this diet for 2 months. I had struggled with high fat raw for 4 months and had no luck agains candida. Low/no fat raw vegan got rid of candida symptoms in 2 weeks. This guy http://foodnsport.com/blog/articles/801010-Allstar-Michael-Arnstein.html
is on that diet and his blood tests came out great. It's about the ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 you get not the amounts. I think an earlier post on this thread mentioned something about dangers of a low fat low carb diet. This is definitely not a low carb diet, it's mostly carbs from fruit.
That being said, there were some difficult things about the diet too. For me this was due to the fact that I have been dealing witha chronic disease, and after several weeks when my body gathered up enough energy, it went into such a severe herx that my symptoms flared up bigtime. My advice from this experience is that anyone who's body is very toxic and acidic from years of unhealthy living should make a SLOW transition to raw, as in, over a few years.
