The Amazing Benefits I Get From Eating High Raw


I love hearing the benefits people receive when they eat a raw diet, so I thought I would post the great benefits I receive.

I seem to do best with about a 80-90% raw diet. Maybe one day I will go 100% permanently. In the past I have gone 100%, but this works best for me now and helps to keep me grounded.

Here are the great benefits I get from eating high raw:
- I feel happy, lighter, have more energy, am optimistic
- Less negative thoughts and less mind racing, I feel calm
- Fat melts away, clothes get looser, stomach flatter, cellulite goes away
- I start craving raw foods. I don't usually crave them when eating cooked processed foods.
-Skin is smoother, softer, more supple, glows
- Eyes brighter, look bigger, lips seem fuller, wrinkles fade, I seem to lose some bloating in my face as well as my whole body.
-Skin takes on a flame-like tint and cheeks are rosy
-Have tons more energy to work with clients and feel positive about my job rather than annoyed.
- I don't sunburn when eating raw
- Digestion works perfectly
- Can breath better as if my nasal passages were swollen before
- I sleep very deeply and soundly and feel rested when I get up.

And here's what happens when I don't eat high raw:
- Am tired often, have to take naps
- Have alcohol cravings
- Skin is dry, have more breakouts, wrinkles, sallow looking
- Have more fat, cellulite, bloated stomach, am often constipated
- Terrible menstrual cramps and PMS
- Am often moody and irritated
-Lots of negative thoughts
-Mind races
-Sleep is not great, I usually don't feel rested fully
-Crave crappy foods and sugar
-More mucus, stuffiness

I would love to hear the benefits other people have here.
