Eyes becoming darker blue and brown spot

I used to have light blue eyes untill the age 12 or 13, then they gradual ly became darker to a dark blue. Iban 36 now and my eyes are still dark blue , but a very dark one, as well i have gotten on the last 3 years a brown freckle in the left eye.

I have read that darkening of the iris could be due tóxicity and that people have notice their eyes lightening after doing raw diet or liver cleansers.

I want my eyes yo be light blue again, does anyone knows why my eyes have gotten darker and got that ugly brown freckle?
If i do a liver cleanse will my eyes get light blue again?
