Hi all. I am trying to incorporate more raw foods into my diet and really the only thing I do now is juice 32 oz. a day. So i just soaked, rinsed and sprouted some lentils which were incredibly easy to do, but I hear some beans are poisonous? I would love to eventually be almost all raw, but have no idea what to eat. Any suggestions on good beginner sources for raw fooding? Books, videos, etc...I am not rich, and honestly will shop mostly at my local supermarket. I also dont want this to take over my life. I want to do it so I can get my life BACK. Thank you in advance.
