"fluoride CAUSES brown teeth. brown brittle teath IS fluoridosis" OK, Ok, I know how you both feel about dentists!:) - and I'm not in disagreement.

My teeth are actually pretty strong, very few cavities over, a hum, a # of years! The biggest problem was a small mouth with not enough room for all the normal teeth! Thus had to have some pulled to make room early on, or buck teeth. Has not caused a problem, that I'm yet aware of???? Maybe?

As time goes by, I have experienced some additional problems (one crown), but not like many have, so I am very thankful for that! And if I was doing everything "right" may not have been the case.

What the dentist, that many "a hum years" ago was saying that, the mineral content was what was making my teeth stronger, but not so white! Anyway, it doesn't mater except to those that want a "perfect world" and to live by the "perceived standard". That is what I sometimes wrestle with, but not so much. On and off!
