What kind of oil?
Usually sunflower, but I'm looking to experiment. I just tried a bottle of walnut oil, liked the taste, seemed to work fine.

How often and for how long?
Generally morning and night, 20 min. each time. Just finished a Master Cleanse, and am breaking today, so I have not done it much the last two weeks. I missed it!

Changes in physiology and dental:
Mostly I've noticed that my mouth is cleaner - also gave up flouride toothpaste after I started OP'ing. So far, it seems my allergies and asthma have improved, but it has also been the season where they are usually not as bad, so I'm still waiting to figure that out for sure.

Change of oil?
I got the walnut oil on impulse when I went to get sunflower oil. I have sunflower to use next, then will probably try something else again. I seem to have trouble finding the right oils to use. For example every sesame oil I've found has been "toasted." I'll keep looking, tho.

Turn on anyone else to oil pulling?
Not yet. I've mentioned it a few times, but so far no one had seemed keen on trying it. I don't like to be pushy. I can wait for people to come around.

Other forums?
On Curezone I'm on several forums. Not sure if I've brought up oil pulling or not. I'm sure I have, at least once or twice. I'm happy to spread the word if the topic comes up or if someone sounds like they could use it!
