What kind of oil are you using?
I am using sunflower oil.

How often and for how long?
I pull for 20 minutes in the morning and before bed. I like to crochet while doing it. Then I rinse with filtered water and then rinse with hydrogen peroxide. THEN brush my teeth with tom's of maine natural toothpaste. I started pulling last month.

Have you noticed any changes in your physiology or dental health? Good and bad please.
My mouth feels super clean, my teeth are shiny. My face is soft and I notice less redness and whiteheads. My heels are smooth. I broke my leg (tip of my femur where knee is) and it never healed. I have a syndrome where my bones either heal really slowly or not at all. Well broke the leg 3 years ago and it's always hurt when I stretch it or move it. I have to be careful. Well I didn't think of it till a few minutes ago because I've gotten used to it but my knee doesn't hurt. I doubt it healed but it really helped lubricate my joints.

Did you change your oil at anytime, and why? (I know, you are not a car)
no, not yet but I may when I run out of the sunflower.

Did you turn anyone onto Oil Pulling, and what do they think?
My nurse, I printed off the info from the oilpulling.com and she likes doing it. She's going to try to get her husband to do it. I told a couple other people but I don't know what happened with that.

Do any of you participate in other forums spreading the Oil Pulling word, and would you like company?
Occasionally I go to others but haven't mentioned. But I think I will.
