First, I'd leave your family out of the loop of treatment or talk of ALL of thus until you identify what it is - it will only serve you and them negatively if you don't. Trust me on this if nothing else.

Second, check your intestinal tract - some form of Colon Cleanse and buy disposable surgical gloves etc - do your own stool sample before and after - use disposable tweezers or whatever to sort thru and place in 90% alchohol in some container (old pill container or screw lid small jar.

IF you find worm like creatures or red things or sesame seed like items place those on container.

Disinfect and be careful to clean toilet area with clorox based cleaner.

If nothing unusual in stool you might still be infected, but would require parasite meds - research which ones and be careful in dosing low at first.
