I don't know what you have. I have never seen anything evenly remotely similar to a worm OUTSIDE of my body. They are ALL under my skin.

What I do know is that ivermectin paste applied topically does nothing to worms living under the skin (EDITED to remove "outside the body"). It is made for internal application. Far better to use drench. I use injection because I place it under the skin.
