The tiny worms erupting from your lips & skin tissue might be larva from encysted eggs of Myiasis or scattered roundworms.
Since you only have worms in your lips & no other symptoms, suggest you take Ivermectin (minus the Albendazole & antibiotics) 2 days on, 2 days off, until symptoms subside, per instructions in the Albendazole & Ivermectin Protocol: http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1586882#i
If you have bodywide symptoms or pass worms in your stool during Ivermectin treatment, that would indicate a systemic case & you will need to add Albendazole to your regime. The dosage & scheduling for Albendazole is noted in the protocol.
Details about roundworm infections, Myiasis, & topical remedies are covered in these posts:

For your lips, recommend the following:
-- Ivermectin horse paste mixed with diaper rash cream (w/40% zinc oxide) draws out encysted eggs & larva from sores & lesions & heals skin & soft tissue.
-- Sulfur ointments are very effective too. Check online/local EBay, drugstores, & Walmart for these brands: Sulfur8 2% Medicated Ointment & DeLaCruz 10% Sulfur Ointment.
Good luck in your battle with the wormy beasts! Keep the forum updated on your progress. Other members will gladly share their experiences & offer suggestions.
Cheers - ICU
