Have you looked into Lyme disease and it's co-infections Bartonella? Because of your rash it looks like the bartonella rash. It's difficult to treat and can manifest as digestive issues and severe food intolerances . I don't know if you have any of the other symptoms like joint pain, exhaustion, stiff neck etc.. Your naturoapth would need to order the tests for yoru through Igenix labs. Other than that I would look into treating it as a bacterial infection and start taking the herbs that kill Lyme - even if it's not the protocols for Lyme are excellent at killing off parasites and all types of bad bacteria.
