Hi yhvh, thanks for the reply. I agree with you on food combining; I made many mistakes in the past when eating (and amazingly, continued to repeat them even though they made me feel bad!). Eating raw sunflower seeds with apples=headache and bloating. Millet+Fresh Fruit=Blech, and possible headache. Apples after scrambled eggs=Yuck! Etc., etc.
This last week or so, I've been eating mono-meals; one food/type of food at a time, the only exception being two kinds of fruit at once, and one time, two kinds of nuts at once.
It's helping me determine how each food makes me feel, and minimizing the chance of cross-reactions between foods. I think I'm going to keep this up for a while as I get better.
