...a raw living foods diet. Add to this cultured vegetables. This will allow the body to repair itself. There is no need to over complicate things. Use grasses such as barley grass and sea vegetables such as dulse. This will go a long way in helping you heal. Then back it up with good exercise ( rebounding preferred). Lower toxicity in your life. Use healthy products and reduce toxic loads from your environment. These all create a toxic load on your immune system. if you can remove that load you aid the immune system and help it redirect energy to dealing with other things. This in turn = healing.

Also look into emotional healing from things like TAT and EFT.
Use visualizations to also help guide your immune system to help heal.

Focus on wellness and give up looking at symptoms and the meanings behind them. What we focus on grows. if we focus on symptoms we train the the subconscious mind through the limbic system to create stress responses that are unnecessary and that hinder the immune system. To retrain the limbic system we must stop all negative thinking and reframe our thought processes. Again what we focus on grows and manifests in physical reality. There is more and more Science backing up what sages have known for thousands of years. We become what we think about.
