One thing that has helped me is the "Hay Diet". This diet is similar to the Alkaline diet. It incorporates the proper food combining principles. The main idea to this diet is to never combine protein and starches in the same meal. These two food groups require different chemical processes during digestion. When someone with digestive problems or dysbiosis combines these foods, neither of them get fully digested, leading to fermentation in the gut. This becomes a breading ground for pathogens, bacteria, viruses and fungi. When these critters are abundant in the GI track, they excrete harmful waste, overwhelming the detoxification organs. If the elimination organs are not functioning properly, these toxins may try to find there way out through the skin. This diet will help tremendously with digestion and in turn help clear up so many other problems related to that, such as skin issues.
The other thing I would suggest for the Adrenal Fatigue is an ancient exercise called the Five Tibetan Rites.

These movements are yoga like movements that have been studied by scientist that believe that they have an incredible impact on the Endocrine system, including the Adrenals.
