Re: Juicing free download for important book and other info

I wanted to post a free download of a book by Dr Norman Walker.

The name of it is fruits and vegetable juices.

Dr Norman Walker recovered his health in the 1930s and went on to teach and help many.

He was a raw foodist in the 50s and is called the father of the modern juice movement.

He invented the first juicer which is named the Norwalk juicer after his first and last name. It is a top of the line juicer.

Dr Walker lives a long life, None is exactly sure how long as he called himself ageless but the youngest he died was 97 and the oldest was 117 and he enjoyed excellent health, vim, vigor and vitality.

In his book he at the end gives juice prescriptions for various illnesses and formulas for the proportions. Note that for many ills he used juices #1, 30 and 61. He lists the most important juices for various conditions and diseases in the bold print with the lessor important juices following that which are not in bold print. All these will help the particular diseases but the bold printed ones are the first go tos.

It can be downloaded for free here and is full of helpful info.

Use the juices that most help kidney disease listed in other steps of this long thread and also do green juices/smoothies

I would also recommend juices in his book

#1 carrot

#30-10 oz carrot 3 oz beet and 3 oz cucumber
and

#61 carrot 10 oz spinach 6 oz

as these were listed for many many of the various diseases.

but if you cant do all these focus on the ones most helpful to the kidney patient like dandelion juice, parley and parsley root (add carrot), Watermelon and rind etc
