generally, the best juice is 40% beet, 40% carrot and 20% greens like kale or beet tops or turnip greens etc and the best fruit juice is 40% apple, 40% grapes and 20% berries but for you also add large amounts of the others specific to your problems as listed above (parsley, parsley root. dandelion greens. spinach. cucumber and parsley mix, and watermelon)
If unpalatable
I am not sure that this is a good idea but I find if the juice taste disgusting if I add a v8 type juice or tomato juice (preferably an organic brand like knudsen), it makes the juice much tastier but since you are trying to limit fluids somewhat and this make make it less nutritious if you can hack it plain (maybe be holding your nose and drinking it) or adding some apple or what the one person liked was garlic/onions or something. I used to add vinegar (but this may counteract the effect as juices make you alkaline (good) and vinegar is acidic..so not sure that is good..sometimes I add salad dressing to the juice but again may be acidic. I wish I knew if this was a bad idea but it does make the juices taste better. One can also add apples, onions, or garlic to improve taste.
also carrot as a diuretic food which is good so use these in juices.
