here is something on preventing mold growth

this site recommends using 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide but does not say how much water

this site recommends a gallon of water excerpt below
For Mold Reduction and Seed Disinfection
We recommend you use a 3% H2o2 solution to 1 gallon of clean water in the sprouter. Increasing the quantity of
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) increases its concentration and improves its germ-killing effects.

as far as making a tincture, I would cut the grass into 1/2
inch pieces or even juice it and then put the wheat grass juice and pulp in a gals jar with 80 proof vodka..when it settles be sure at least 25-50% is fluid on the top with the bottom 50-75% being the wheat gerass or pulp for a good strong concentration. Be sure to use dark glass, paint the outside of clear glass ore store in a dark cupboard or cabinet both when tincturing or when done as light deteriorates tinctures. You might even want to add some powdered wheat grass if you have some on hand. shake the bottle a few times a day for 2 weeks or whenever you think of it. After 2 or more weeks stain the tincture and put some on a tincture bottle with an eyedropper top. Label both jars with contents and put an expiration date of five years on the bottle though it will last several years longer. The average tincture dose for a 150 pound person is 2 dropperfuls (60 drops) 3-5 times a day. If much more or less than this use clarks rule for dosing
//www.curezone.org/schulze/handbook/CAD.asp
example if you weigh 300 use twice as much (ie-4 dropperfuls-120 drops 3-5 x a day)
if you weigh 75
pounds use 1/2 as much or 30 drops 3-5 times a day
I would think the alcohol in the extract/tincture would kill any mold..
sorry I can't help you more but I do not know much about mold and the hydrogen peroxide other than this as I only had mold once and threw it out though I did get it a few times when first sprouting but threw it out..I think I did use the food grade hydrogen peroxide for mold on wheat grass once but forget how I applied it..I haven't made it a while as I can't fix my manual juicer due to moving recently
