There are a few interesting articles I've found on tonsil stones, called tonsilloliths. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonsillolith Wikipedia says that tonsil stones, or calculus of the tonsils, are caused by food particles, dead white blood cells, oral bacteria, and overactive saliva glands. They talk about different treatment options, including laser resurfacing, if you haven't been able to control the odor they produce, which sounds like a good alternative to tonsillectomy. This article does say that, "The most drastic method, tonsillectomy, is not usually indicated or recommended, but will provide permanent relief."
Another article http://www.tonsilstones.com/ claims that, "What you are smelling is actually a combination of volatile sulfur compounds(Methyl Mercaptan and Hydrogen Sulfide), post nasal drip, and bacteria (no wonder it smells so bad!)". However, I wouldn't spend my money on any starter kit or other quick remedies without first consulting your ENT because he/she would know best the degree of infection and damage you may already have in your tonsils, and the best treatment indicated.

I've had problems for some time with tonsil stones. I was literally pulling my hair out trying to figure out what to do about them. I found some really useful tips at www.tonsilstones.net There's about a million people there who have ideas on how to get rid of and prevent them. After reading an article I decided to buy a water pik to blast them out. It works like a charm and I don't have to gag on my finger...Yuck!
Good post for localized causes of BB. You might want to try these 2 other rinses that are very good.
One is an over the counter mouthwash, Orajel anti-bacterial bleeding gum rinse, that claims to help prevent and treat bleeding gums associated with gingivitis.
The other is a prescriiption oral rinse called chlorhexidine gluconate 0.12% oral rinse. It was prescribed for my son by the oral surgeon who removed his wisdom teeth to rince his open wounds 4 times daily for the first 3 days before the surgery and the start again 24 hours after the surgery to prevent infection. Both seem to help him with BB.

I know you said you have been to a dentists but have you tried other dentist, also do you have any mercury fillings in your mouth? Because sometimes those have been known to cause problems too. I'm sure you may get lots of input here from other people but here are some sites about tonsil stones in case you want to read more on them, get some information and get tested from another dentists. And if this dosen't help you may have to see a regular MD. The problem could be internal. http://www.tonsilstones.com

I know you said that you were on a Candida diet. I don't know if your problem is related to this, but since you mentioned that you were on the Candidia diet I figured maybe you may have symptoms related to some of these problems, because you mentioned hives and rashes I hope this helps since you mentioned those symptoms.

What I said is that Mercury fillings have been known to cause some problems and in the forum there are a lot of people who had them removed because of BB problems, and some problems in the body. I have enclosed some links that talk about problems with mercury filling. They also said if you have Mercury filling it would be good to use something that cleanses heavy metal and toxins from the body. like Clorella or a Heavy metal cleanser. Anyway these are the sites

If this site about rashes doesn't work check it again later, It seems like you may have porcelan fillings and i haven't really heard much about those but I have gotten some information. I could say your rash is from a lot of things but I am not a doctor. The best thing to do is to see a doctor, but I will give you this site that does talk about different types of rashes and you can take this to your doctor.
