Good post for localized causes of BB.  You might want to try these 2 other rinses that are very good. 

One is an over the counter mouthwash, Orajel anti-bacterial bleeding gum rinse, that claims to help prevent and treat bleeding gums associated with gingivitis. 

The other is a prescriiption oral rinse called chlorhexidine gluconate 0.12% oral rinse.  It was prescribed for my son by the oral surgeon who removed his wisdom teeth to rince his open wounds 4 times daily for the first 3 days before the surgery and the start again 24 hours after the surgery to prevent infection.  Both seem to help him with BB.
