I use a flashlight that has a flexible neck, and a tiny led light
on the end. it lights up the back up my throat very well.

the 'holes' are salivary gland ducts. there are lots of them
in the mouth/throat.

I massage mine on a daily basis. sometimes a lot will come out,
sometimes nothing.

It is definitly the cause of my bad breath.
