Hi,
I'm new hear and I have a really bad bb problem.
Even though my mouth is closed it still stinks the room. When I'm outside and the wind is blowing anyone within 6 meters can smell it. I'm noit sure if its also coming from my nose as i don't smell anything only sometimes when I'm outside. I always have musus on the back of my throat and there my one of my nostrils is most of the time blocked (it alternates between left and right).
If the smell isn't coming from my nose, how is it possible for my breath to take over the room if my mouth is closed? I read something about tonsil stones but I don't know what they are.
I've had this problem for about 10 years now and its getting worse however its only recently that I worked out that I actually smell so bad. I always knew i had bb bu didn't realise how bad it was and how it would stink up the whole room. I am so depressed and scared, I have to catch the bus to work. I'm an engineer, so I'm always surrounded by people in suits and fancy shoes and they all look at me like i'm an alien, it so hard going to work, i'm to scared to even say hello.
I'm from Australia but have been living in Canada for a while but i can't take it anymore, I'll be flying back to oz in about a week. I don't have medical access here. I was meant to finish in Canada then travel around europe, but i'm gonna cancel this trip in hope of finding a way lowering how bad i smell. Is there anyone here who can offer some advice that worked for them.
I tried the OraFresh treatement in Toronto but that didn't work, the bitch dentist lied to me. I had to consults, the first one they take different sample then they give u a 2 week course of Antibiotic mouth rinse than a 2 weeks chlorahexadine, this did nothing yet at the second visit she told me that my breath was fresh, i knew it was a complete lie as people at work were still reacting as they did before the tretement.
3 months ago i removed my wisdom teeth, i think this has made my problem worse, they still haven't healed yet.
I also have this weird rash on my back, it covers about 60% of my back.

I know you said you have been to a dentists but have you tried other dentist, also do you have any mercury fillings in your mouth? Because sometimes those have been known to cause problems too. I'm sure you may get lots of input here from other people but here are some sites about tonsil stones in case you want to read more on them, get some information and get tested from another dentists. I have fillings but i don't know if they are mercury fillings. How can i tell if i have mercury fillings.
When i get back home i will see another dentist, maybe they can tell if my fillings are mercury or not.

Canada must be a horrible place if there is no option for a visitor to see a doctor. There are no options even if the visitor is to pay for the visit?
I imagine that since this is plagued you for over 10 years, that this isn't going to be something that is resolved in a single visit anyway.

Your symptoms are very similar to mines except my odor comes from the nose and the mouth. And I have a huge problem with hives and rashes.
I am on an candida diet currently but can't tell if its working yet.
You should start however by doing what your doing -- see a dentist, but also see an ENT (ear, nose and throat doctor), he'll check for tonsolitoths and also any respiratory type infections that might be causing the smell (camera up your nostrils to take a look) and a gastroentologiest who will probably do a endoscopy or a scan of your stomach to see what's going on and possibly a colonoscopy.
Pay attention to whether the smell gets worse when you eat certain foods. Could you be lactose intollerant? This causes a breath odor as well. Could you have a lack of acid in digesting your foods. Some people have taken HCL supplement and this has cleared the problem for them.
Post back your progress.

it costs $150 just to see a doctor, I'd much rather go back home and use the medical care available there as it is much cheaper.
Its hard for me to workout if my breath improves or not as I can't smell it. And i'm not sure if it also comes from my nose, I assume it does as even though my mouth is closed, people that are 5m away cover there nose. I sometimes smell a fecal/sewage smell.
I'll go see the doctors and dentist and ENT soon.
The rash is just big and small patches of red skin and its a bit itchy.
Do you thinks there is a link between by breath and the rash on my back. As I recall the rash appeared a while after my breath problem started. - Re: My Breath, stinks the room even ... LPN12345

I know you said that you were on a Candida diet. I don't know if your problem is related to this, but since you mentioned that you were on the Candidia diet I figured maybe you may have symptoms related to some of these problems, because you mentioned hives and rashes I hope this helps since you mentioned those symptoms.

What I said is that Mercury fillings have been known to cause some problems and in the forum there are a lot of people who had them removed because of BB problems, and some problems in the body. I have enclosed some links that talk about problems with mercury filling. They also said if you have Mercury filling it would be good to use something that cleanses heavy metal and toxins from the body. like Clorella or a Heavy metal cleanser. Anyway these are the sites

all my fillings are white, do you think this would mean that I don't have mercury fillings?

If this site about rashes doesn't work check it again later, It seems like you may have porcelan fillings and i haven't really heard much about those but I have gotten some information. I could say your rash is from a lot of things but I am not a doctor. The best thing to do is to see a doctor, but I will give you this site that does talk about different types of rashes and you can take this to your doctor.

Going vegetarian made it worse we have to eat red meat but make it 100% lean and cook it for hour or hour and half to kill parasites with onion and garlic, also fish the wild caught fish is very important to the brain cells and nerves, beside that we should take apple cider vinegar with water or vitamin c every day as much as needed up to 3000m a day.
I'm trying this and seeing results, and don't forget to pray to Jesus Christ all the time for healing and salvation and guidance with thankful heart.

Forget every reply in this thread, it's useless info that's repeated everywhere in every thread by clueless new age hyppies who repeat everything they read on the net, i've been on curezone for 5+ years and no one ever gets cured of BB by doing those stupid cleanse.
Instead do this: CUT OUT CARBS FROM YOUR DIET. I have the same symptoms as you (either one of my nostril is blocked and it alternates every day, and PND) We suffer from the same condition man.
Microorganisms need a carbon source to survive, if you stop feeding those organisms that cause BB, the [bad] bacterial activity in your mouth will decrease over time and eventually they will all 'die' and good bacteria will take over your mouth flora and your normal breath will be restored. My breath right now is decent but i'm not cured yet since this new approach was discovered very recently (not by me) on another forum and a bunch of people are getting good results. I've been on BB forums since 1999 and this is the best treatment i've ever seen, and the science/logic behind actually makes sense for once!
I'd suggest you get out of this forum since it's probably one of the worst for BB, terrible advice you'll get here and go to a real BB forum. I can't link it here or my post will probably be deleted which would be a shame.
warning: If you go on a low carb, or very low carb, or 0-carb diet, your BB will get worse the 1st month but then it will get better. My post is already too long so i'll stop here. You're a smart guy, so google 'very low carb' or better 'zero carb diet'.
I will post much more info if i ever happen to be cured (im doing 0 carb), i'd rather not get everyone's hopes too high in case i stop improving. But anyway, i've outlined what needs to be done. You're an engineer, you're smarter than 99% of the people on BB forums which are generally very clueless, so do yourself a favor and use google, learn about carbs, and adapt.
