I totally understand what you're trying to say ...but in my case that's not the case ...hey I just found out I have tonsil stones in my mouth and that's causing my breath to smell bad ...it's not the coated tongue I guess . So please suggest me a medicine to remove all the tonsil stones ...Waiting for your reply
