Re: My Breath, stinks the room even if my mouth is closed??

Once your wisdom teeth have healed, try pulling oil for 20 mins a day. Vigorously swish and gargle a table spoon and a half of coconut, sunflower, or grapeseed oil in your mouth for 20 mins. Spit it out in the toilet, then brush your entire mouth, including the back of your tongue within 2 minutes of the treatment. Pulling oil will detoxify your mouth. This has really helped me with bad breath.
This is not a complete step by step and you can learn more about the benefits of pulling oil through a quick google

You definitely don't want dry sockets in your wisdom teeth are, so be sure they have heeled somewhat.

You may also want to do a natural 30 day parasite cleanse for that rash and bad breath.

Hope this helps.
