How are you? The odor comes from my mouth and especially from my nose. It smells fecal. I believe the smell does irritate other people's throat and noses, as they do cough and sneeze excessively when they are around me.In fact they don't need to be close to me before they start to cough, sneeze and scratch their throats;you know how you can smell food cooking from a distance?
