Most clay has high levels of Magnesium which is essential and helps detox metals.
Have you tried Magnesium ? It is deficient in the average diet, unless you consume lots of green vegetables, whole grains and seeds, root vegetables & fish. An Epsom salt bath will help as will Magnesium supplements.
