I am shooting to start a fast @ 170lb. Why you ask ? My theory is that 17lb of that - 10% is water. Tends to whoosh out in a day or 2. Then begins the real weight loss.
I don't think I need to get under 136 lb. I also don't think I want to do a very short fast, atleast 13 days. I suspect I cant be under 136 and still be healthy. A 17 lb water and 17 lb fat loss would be good and will be achievable in 2 13 day fasts.
Anyway, I am @ 166 or so and not getting much over that. So I guess @ the end of PH - I start where I start, no sense in gaining weight just to lose it. If I can only do 13 and a 10 or 7 or whatever that's all I do. I hope I get to a cleanse and better place with the fasts.
5 day PH, 5 day fat, 4-5 day dry, 4-5 day water (and if needed another 5+5+5). I know its 15 total - but I may go 454 or 445 or whatever. 13 is also just a rough number. Could shoot for more if the dry goes better, I'll stay dry as much as I can.
