PH ended yesterday. This morning I weighed 158. I guess PH is causing me to get "filled" up with carbs and fiber.
Anyway had 3 fried eggs this morning and a cup of tea without sweeteners. Man were the eggs good. Haven't eaten eggs in a few months. Lunch is fish and mayo mix with pork rinds and some ancient BBQ flavored potted meat in cans. Yes disgusting but I haven't eaten anything real in weeks, so it will work. Tomorrow after eating better for 1 day, I'll not eat it. Anyway I'm eating super low carb a few days, only carbs will be nuts or veggies and lets see where I end up. If I am still under 160, I'll not worry about fasting, just stay super low carb for a long time.
