I like the other idea, eating from harvested greens from the back yard. The other benefit of getting greens from your back yard is you are earthing without realizing and helping your body cells getting negative charge from the planet. Barefoot in the backyard would be even more beneficial.
I would keep a diary of everything you eat and the effect on your body.
