Most fasters usually make a plan for how many days they are going to fast. Seldom there are people who decide that they are going to fast until the true hunger returns.

Meanwhile consider doing a self test for stomach acid. Take probiotics, yogurt, kefir, fermented foods and make your stomach and gut healthy.
