NO, you want to go to a good biological dentist to have teh extraction. You can't "clean a cavitation" without extracting the root canal tooth. The biggest difference between the bio dentist and a regular dentist is that the bio dentist will remove the periodontal ligament and bad bone with a low speed drill so as to not destroy bone. Regular dentist are taught NOT to do this, they dont remove any "bad bone" because they dont seem to believe in bone infections or cavitations. also, bio dent will infect ozone and herbals in the jaw as part of procedure.

if you just have a regular dentist do it then you run the risk of developing a major cavitation.
