Did any of this start with gastro problems? The Liver Flush you are doing is not very good to regenerate the liver but rather to flush sludge out of the liver/gallbladder. I have posted a scientific backed method on pptu.lefora.com - under 'supporting the body' Cysteine/methionine/glutathione is key to liver support and it is imperative to keep the liver open.
