thanks MH...my worry comes from the sluggish elimination and no results from the liver flush....the sticky and splotchy skin, sore tongue/throat etc.....skin looks bad Am guessing the lymph is struggling mightily by the sore throat and sluggishness lack of elimination etc Did enjoy my meal so thank you for the encouragement.Could be the spine is out of place or guts are just too clogged to move normally but things are getting stored head to toe and not really getting otu of my body, not even the skin.   [End]

May go out with family to a diner for sad dinner....have been experiencing sore throat and excess sweating though....suggestions on taking extra LBB or taking my own fruit etc????
