Shelly, I made your broth today and it tasted fine, much to my dismay. =) I thought, healthy must taste horrible but it doesnt. It's decent. I put everything in: the cabbage, parsley, and beets and then I went on to do some work when I remembered that I totally forgot the potato skins! So after cooking it for 40 mins, I put in the potato skins and cooked it for an extra 1/2 hour. A LOT of broth was left. I drank 4 cups. I still have another 4 cups left. I put it in a container and it's now sitting in my fridge. How do you drink that much? I cant drink that much juice in a day u know. I can actually eat more than I can drink, believe it or not.
Anyhow, I'm gonna juice tomorrow and then do the Master-Cleanse Wednesday. I'm already feeling a bit fatigued from just drinking the broth and water today. I managed to jog for 30 minutes and then do some ab workouts. I'm so used to working out 5-7 times a week so this is a bit of a change for me. I hope tomorrow things will get better.
