awww you can skip the cabbage I guess. :) But the parsley is eSSENtial!

Beet leaves are great. No need to peel, jsut wash well.

Use a big pot and enough water to cover everything.

Those teas are fine! Just be sure to take in SOME spicy teas too for the first 3 days or until your tongue is clear. Get plain green tea if you can't find chai. Having a bit of caffeine will keep your metabolism up and help with the caffeine withdrawal headache, which is a major monster!!!

Juices are actually better than eating raw veggies, you get more of the nutrients, so just start!!! Allow yourself to occasionally munch on raw veggies if you feel the need to crunch something. The best prep for a fast is a clean colon.
