Re: Good fasting procedure?

Thanks again shellycat! =) I went to the organic foods store today and stocked up on a few things for the potassium broth. I totally forgot the parsley and the cabbage! Do I use a whole head of cabbage? And for the beet, do I cook the leaves too?? So I should peel everything then cook right? How much water am I supposed to use??

I saw the Yogi teas. There's a special one for Detox (its good for the kidneys) and then one for Fasting (it's good for the liver and supresses appetite). Should I get those?? Or just the Indian spice one u recommended. I couldnt find Green Chai Tea.

How much preparation do you recommend for first time juice fasters like myself? I'm doing a 2 day raw diet then starting to juice this weekend. Sound good??
