Re: Bumps and sore in my mouth

I have not studied auto-immune disorders, so I cannot speak with authority on the subject. If it is happening because the immune system goes on auto-pilot and starts attacking everything in the body, even healthy tissue, my instinctive hunch would be it has been fighting so many, as in such a variety of toxic invasions that it got confused and just decided to go into permanent fight off everything mode. I could be completely wrong, it is just a hunch.

I am reading all the books about fasting that are recommended, and my understanding it it gives the body a chance to return to it's normal state of homeostasis. And that is exactly what you immune system needs to do, in order for you to get well.

I had a horrible experience the first time I tried it, and I think it was because I was sooooo toxic. But after years of liver cleansing, flushing stones out of my gall bladder, parasite cleansing and all, this time it has been surprisingly easy. If you have tried all kinds of diets and cleansing and you are still sick, the fast might be exactly what you need for your body to reset and go back to normal.

I will take your knowledge of Vitamin D to heart. I rarely lay out in the sun, even though it is plentiful in Texas. The most important thing I wanted you to learn about was the L-form bacteria. We have to keep our parasite load low, and our tissues healthy.
