Re: Bumps and sore in my mouth

Was this BP reading of 148/100 taken in the resting state first thing after awakening in the morning?
Don't forget that BP readings can fluctuate widely throughout the day.
Dehydration can cause low BP due to decreased blood volume, leading to reduced pressure against artery walls, but it can also cause high BP as well, because the body will compensate by retaining sodium. (highly unlikely).
I would try and drink a little more water than usual, and after about one hour test your BP again. Please do not become anxious as this will also raise BP.

Do you have a coated tongue? and was this more heavily coated in the first 10 days or so.?
Are there any pink edges to the outside of your tongue with more heavy coating in the centre?
How is your breath as perceived by others both now and at any other time during the fast?
