Yes, although I am it is now day 11 of my water fast; my day started an hour ago, being downunder.

I forgot to add compromised kidneys and NAFLD to that list... Since I started the fast my kidneys have hurt all the time. Oh, and a hand scan a few years ago put me in the osteoporosis band.

I do not have a BP monitor. Will see if hubby can get one for me today. My pulse was 100 beats p/m after I came back from the bathroom, but it has calmed down a bit.

I cam stand to lose a lot more weight. Have always been a slim person but as my health deteriorated my weight increased in leaps and bounds. I am intolerant of so many foods, imcl the obvious gluten, lacotse, etc, and have to "recover" from each meal. My quality of life is poor.

My height is 5'3". I weighed 179.5 lbs at the start of the fast and this morning I am 163.5 lbs. My weight dropped dramatically over the first 5 days then slowed down. I am medium boned.
