Re: Bumps and sore in my mouth

Your BP on awakeming 124/81; pulse 86.

Very good result/reading.

There will be fluctuations in BP thoughout the day as while eating, but the most important reading is after a nights rest and first thing in the morning. On a cautionary note it is only a sudden fall in BP that has any bearing on whether to continue or not with the fast (rare) and this applies to any other "sudden and marked changes" in any other vital signs such as heart rate. A resting heart rate when fasting usually steadies down for most to about 60bpm.

On the subject of stones, and wherever they are located, the fast will usually soften them to be expelled as sand/gravel. Stones form because of perverted/abnormal secretions/excretions through a faulty diet or consuming hard water containing much lime-scale/inorganic calcium: so if your diet post fast is plant-based, and preferably organic for the most part, secretions/excretions are normalised and stones no longer develop.

An orange juice feast post fast would be a rather lop-sided diet in my view, and at a time when you will need to replenish your food reserves with a varied diet/juices.
Orange juice also contains citrate -- a natural inhibitor of kidney stone formation, and reduces the crystallization of uric acid and calcium oxalate -- the most prominent substance found in kidney stones; as far as other stones are concerned I am not certain, but rest assured that a plant-based diet will prevent their formation or from re-occurring, while a water-only-fast will hasten their expulsion as above.
Liver Flushes are a good short term measure for ridding the body of stones, but do not address their formation as you have discovered.

Yes keep us posted as to your BP and pulse-rate and any other symptoms.

Well done thus far.

Chrisb1.
