Oh yes, pre-fast diet:
I was on a moderate carb (around 100g per day) and around 200g serve of protein in the form of meat/fish/chicken per day.
A favourite breakfast is plain Greek yoghurt with berries and a sprinkle of walnuts. Sometimes I'd stir-fry rice in cocomut or macadamia nut oil, break in 2 eggs from our own chickens with a splash of soy sauce and a dash of chili flakes.
I drink no black tea, coffee, sodas or even fresh fruit juices (unless fasting) and will snack on nuts, fruit. I have to avoid bread, but find that proper sourdough bread on occasion is perfectly fine. I don't drink fresh milk as I instantly gain weight.
Once a week I blow out on a bacon, egg and hashbrowns breakfast. On that day I will probably have a dessert or some chocolate, and I will have more carbs in general, ie more potatoes, sweet potatoes, etc.
