Re: Bumps and sore in my mouth

DAY 15 BP 118/68 Pulse 80

Chrisb1, I understand that one's vital signs are indicative of how the body's coping with the fast. Above says I'm doing great. However:

This morning I awoke to an almost-back to normal tongue. ALSO, deep tissue and muscle pain (fibro) in both arms from shoulders to fingers, arthritic pain in my fingers; liver unhappy and gallbladder grumbling; the feeling of panic still in all my muscles, for the 2nd day; headache; a feeling of ice in my veins.

I cannot buy - in THIS case - that the detox / work of healing is over. Not in the light of my pre-fast quality of life: more down time than better days - ever day was a luck of the draw; being able to digest fewer and fewer types of food; weight climbing with no apparent reason; severe body pains; constant, chronic fatigue; GERD; frequent migraines - during March I had one week free of migraine. I'd think I'm waking up to a good day and half way through the day a feeling of fluishness would creep over me, my face would go puffy and I'd feel disoriented. This happened frequently. I'm sure once I've sent this msg a lot more will come to mind. That matters not. I'm trying to paint a picture here...

Here is my feeling about all of this when put together: I think my body is slowing/calling a halt to the fast for reasons only known to itself. Could it be lack of electrolytes / minerals?

This is what I've decided to do since I'm not ready to give up on fasting this far into my Water Fast - I'm going to switch to a juice fast for the remainder. I want to transition to juice by adding coconut water to my Water Fast today, tomorrow, etc. I guess that would mean leaving this forum then.

Your input and opinion is welcomed.
