Re: Bumps and sore in my mouth

Ok so the BP is not an issue as it was taken during the day. I admit 3 times, as it kept om going up. I think my mother's constant "when are you getting mobile" could have something to do with that and I fear she'll be the cause of me ending my fast too early. I do try and explain the importance of this to me etc etc, but I guess I'm not getting through...

As for the water, I have had more today and I'm so bloated! I don't know if it that has bearing on the water or whether it's a coincidence.

My tongue has been coated since day 2 or 3. Quite heavily and evenly. I brush it with water, as I do with my teeth. Interestingly that you should ask about it now as today, for the first time, I have noticed it isn't quite as heavy as usual. In fact, as I play with my tongue right now, it feels quite soft, not bristly as it has been.

Just studied my tongue in the mirror. It does indeed seem to be showing signs of clearing on the edges and also the front tip. What does that mean?

As for fould breath, my husband says "not that I've noticed" and that goes for the duration of the fast. He has pecked me on the mouth several times. I've not noticed it myself, either, but when I have had my mouth closed for a while there is a distinct sour taste.
