Re: Bumps and sore in my mouth
Day 14 your BP 128/84 and pulse of 88 is fine.
Sleep for many is always that elusive factor missed by many on a water-fast and which seems the days are so so long. Sleep is related to food intake for the most part, so the less you eat then the less you will sleep.
The heart can feel as if it is going through the roof sometimes as it did with my own on my first fast, but the second was plain sailing for the most part with a low pulse/heart-rate. Nothing to be concerned about.
Your other symptoms are quite normal.
You will feel weak and exhausted, but your family are not helping matters with their anxieties, which could spillover into your own thinking. I hope not.
Re' THE QUESTION OF WATER.
Dry fasting is no other than drinking according to genuine thirst, rather than a perceived need to drink X amount during the day. If you feel the urge to gulp it down, then you are not getting enough water on those days when you feel that urge.
In order of importance are air, water, and then food.
Try and do a little slow and rhythmic deep breathing everyday, but be careful not to overdo it.
What colour is your urine if and when you pee?
