Wow, you are doing a good job! This sounds rather encouraging in terms of possibility for mental work on water fast.
I used glucosamine non stop for many years. Last year I discovered shark cartilage supplements. I know some people here would consider it a heresy, but it was the only thing that I took for a while and was able to get off of it periodically with good joint function. Good think about it is that it has bioavailable calcium and phosphorus in it. I have multiple pain/discomfort/"blocking" spots - knees, back, neck, and pretty much periodical soreness many other places. My
Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome was never officially diagnosed, but I am sure I have it, unless it is something else that I am totally unaware of.
I am currently taking vit D, calcium, iodine, boron, selenium, magnesium, shark cartilage, bromelaine, flaxseed and few other things. My friend jokes that my counter looks like a shelve in a supplement store. I am planning not to take any of these, when water fasting... hopefully I can get off of most of them after it.
