Read up on the effects of gluten and try eliminating any wheat and wheat based products from your diet and see how you feel. Im not sure if you eat meat or not, but excess consumption of chicken can easily do this especially as WS said if your gut flora is off. I would do an elimination diet. Also you’d be amazed at the number of people i have spoken to who got this odour condition from holding their poop in for different reasons like you mentioned. I have had that happen... for a long time. Depending on what is causing your bloating, if it is just candida, the McCombs plan really does work to get rid of it and will flatten your stomach out. Hi, I am male, 24 and I walk to work which is 3 miles from my home taking me me approximately 40 minutes. After about 10-15 minutes of walking, I start to feel hot and soon after, I being to sweat. 90% of my sweating occurs on my back (mainly middle) and I hardly sweat at all elsewhere. I find it extremely hard to believe that cayenne pepper in any reasonable amount could possibly cause cancer. If you do a Google search for "cayenne ulcers" you will find a goodly bit of information, some of it conflicting.  Cayenne has indeeed been used to treat ulcers and it has also been reported to cause ulcers and gastric distress.  What I have found and what I believe is that smaller amounts of cayenne have been beneficial for many people in treating ulcers but the larger amount you use the great the risk of aggravating or perhaps even causing them due to cayenne pepper .
